Pagsasampa ng kaso vs Duterte, Go at Bato, pinag-aaralan na ng DOJ—PBBM
BINUBUSISI na ng Department of Justice ang rekomendasyon ng House Quad Committee na kasuhan ng crimes against humanity sina dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte, pati na sina Senator Bong Go at Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa at iba pa dahil sa madugong anti-drug war campaign ng nakaraang administrasyon.
Sa ambush interview sa Pasay City, sinabi ni Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. na titingnan ng DOJ kung may panahon pa para samapahan ng kaso ang tatlo.
Pag-aaralan din aniya ng DOJ kung anong kaso ang karapat-dapat na isampa kay Duterte at iba pang sangkot sa anti-drug war campaign.
“Yes, I am aware of that. Well the DOJ has to make that assessment. So may recommendation ang Quad Comm, ganun naman talaga ang proseso. When they do an oversight hearing, meron silang findings, ifo-forward nila ngayon sa DOJ, they are all recommendations as to how to handle the findings in the hearings,” pahayag ni Pangulong Marcos
“So they will go now to DOJ, the DOJ will look at it and see if there’s time to file cases and what cases to file, how to produce the evidence that will lead to actually build the case up. So titingnan pa yan, marami pa yang kailangang iassess ng mabuti kung ano yung maaaring maging kaso, kung tama ba yung direksyon ng recommendation ng committees ng House,” pahayag ni Pangulong Marcos.
Base sa 43 pahinang report ng Quad Comm, may pananagutan din sa batas sina dating Philippine National Police Chiefs Oscar Albayalde at Debold Sinas, retired Police Colonels Royina Garma at Edilberto Leonardo pati na si dating Palace Assistant Irmina “Muking” Espino.
