PANAHON na umano upang ayusin ang delubyong nilikha ni Vice President Sara Duterte sa pamumuno nito sa Department of Education (DepEd).

Ito ang sinabi ni Manila Rep. Joel Chua matapos magbitiw si VP Duterte bilang kalihim ng DepEd na hinawakan nito mula noong 2022.

Sa isang pahayag, sinabi ni Chua, chairperson ng House of Representatives committee on Metro Manila development, na nabubuhay sa kasinungalingan si VP Duterte at nagpapanggap na mayroong silang “unity” ni Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. mula pa noong Hunyo 2022.

“It is now time to unravel the havoc she has caused in DepEd. It is time to undo the damage she has inflicted upon teachers, schools, and students,” sabi ng kongresista.

“It is time to unmask the appointments made in DepEd in aid of the 2028 (presidential) elections,” wika pa nito.

Nanawagan si Chua na itigil na itigil ang lahat ng politically motivated bullying at brainwashing na nagaganap sa DepEd.

Nais din ng mambabatas na itigil ang pagpapatupad ng Matatag curriculum.

Hindi isinapubliko ni VP Duterte ang dahilan ng kanyang pagbibitiw noong Miyerkoles.

“Vice President Sara Z. Duterte has finally realized she has been maintaining a false facade of unity with the administration of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.,” saad pa ni Chua.

“Judging by her own words that the UniTeam was for election purposes only, that false facade has been there since June 2022.”

Thus, the vice president has been “living a like, perpetuating a line,” dagdag pa ng kinatawan ng Maynila.
