PAGNILAY-nilayan at isapuso ang legasiya ni Dr. Jose Rizal.

Payo ito ni Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. sa mga Filipino kasabay ng paggunita sa ika-128 anibersaryo ng kabayanihan ni Rizal.

Hindi maikakaila ayon kay Pangulong Marcos na mas buhay ang vision at ideals ni Rizal ngayon kumpara noong nakaraang siglo.

“As we remember his noble works and honorable life, let us take to heart his words and ideals that awakened the consciousness of our forebears and stirred a national movement for freedom,” pahayag ni Pangulong Marcos.

“I call on my fellow Filipinos to look back in pride and embody all the things he cherished-love of country, dedication to the truth, and commitment to the betterment of our people,” dagdag ng Pangulo.

Ayon sa Pangulo, mahalaga ang papel na ginagampanan ng katotohanan, ka Bayanihan at dedikasyon para sa ikauunlad ng bansa.

“True change begins within us, especially when we stand firm on the issues that we face today. Let us be bold enough to be catalysts of change and hold on to the belief that each of us can contribute to the beloved Philippines,” pahayag ni Pangulong Marcos.

Pinangunahan ni Pangulong Marcos kasama si First Lady Liza Marcos ang wreath laying ceremony sa Rizal National Monument sa Manila Lunes ng umaga.
