SAN JUAN, Ilocos Sur–Magbibigay ng livelihood projects ang bayang ito para sa mga drug users at tulak para tulungan ang mga naligaw ng landas.

Sa tulong nina Mayor Maria Elaine A. Sarmiento, social worker na si Kathlyn Ramos at mga pulis ng bayan maisasagawa ang livelihood projects sa San Juan Multipurpose Building.

Tinatawag na “protective step in promoting sustainable living and economic empowerment for the beneficiaries” ang programa sa pamamagitan nina Ramos, Municipal Social Welfare and Development Officer and Lt. Reynald Ramos matapos silang magpamahagi ng tig-iisang kambing sa mga selected beneficiaries.

“The goal of his initiative is not only to provide a source of income, but also to foster a sense of hope and inclusion for individuals who are seeking a fresh start for a new colorful life,” ani Lt. Ramos.

Ang initiative magre reflect sa “collaborative efforts of the local government headed by Mayor Sarmiento, the local police and their dedication to fostering positive change within the community.”
