Even at our worst, hindi tayo nanununog ng lugar. Pero, syempre, all things considered, we will be prepared naman.

“Our directive to the police is to be present, patient, and to practice maximum tolerance while respecting the sentiments of the people,” dagdag ni Remulla.

“We already have our security plan for dispersal or crowd management and for security. Meron na tayong mga security plan that had been set. And then we have also our information, so this is the basis for any operation. And continuously we are monitoring the peace and order and safety in Metro Manila, not only Metro Manila but nationwide,” ayon kay Nartatez.

“We are fully prepared for the September 21 rally. Although we have yet to receive the actual number of groups that have applied for rally permits, we are ready and are checking all reports we are getting from open sources, the social media and our men on the ground. What is clear here is that hindi papayagan ng PNP na magkaroon ng violation of the law. Our main purpose is the maintenance of peace and order and keep all Filipinos safe,” sabi ni Tuaño.
