NAWALAN ng malay at tuluyang nasawi ang 58-anyos na pampublikong guro habang isinasailalim sa classroom observation araw ng Miyerkules sa Muntinlupa City.

Isinugod pa sa pagamutan ang high school teacher na si Agnes Buenaflor ng Pedr E. Diaz High School sa Alabang, Muntinlupa City subalit tuluyang binawian ng buhay habang nilalapatan ng lunas.

Ang pagsasagawa ng classroom observation ay isang panuntunang ipinatutupad ng Department of Education (DepEd) sa lahat ng pampublikong guro na naglalayong suriin ang kakayahan sa pagtuturo ng isang guro sa loob ng silid-aralan.

Nagpaabot naman ng taos-pusong pakikiramay si Muntinlupa School Division Superintendent Violeta Gonzales ng School Division Office (SDO) ng lungsod at sinabing mabigat sa kanilang puso at malalim ang kanilang pakikidalamhati sa wala sa panahong pagpanaw ng guro.

“We share the tragic news of the passing of our esteemed teacher, Ms. Agnes Buenaflor who lost her life while fulfilling her dedication to education within our school community. Ms. Buenaflor was not only a remarkable educator but also a cherished mentor who profoundly impacted the lives of countless students and colleagues alike,” nakasaad pa sa pahayag.

“In response to this unforeseen event, staff from Pedro E. Diaz High School acted swiftly, administering first aid and ensuring that Ms. Buenaflor was transported to the hospital for urgent medical attention. Despite our collective efforts and hope, we are heartbroken to report that she did not survive,” pahayag pa ng Gonzales.
