NAGPADALA si Philippine Red Cross (PRC) Chairman Richard Gordon ng 38-man response team na tutulong sa search and rescue operations sa gumuhong gusali sa Barangay Balibago, Angeles City, Pampanga.

“With deep sadness, the team on the ground has confirmed 1 fatality from the incident. Our safety and emergency response units have transitioned to a 24-hour standby duty. Our assets on-site include an ambulance from the Pampanga Chapter and an augmentation ambulance from the Olongapo Chapter, working alongside Olongapo’s 7-man Collapsed Structure Search and Rescue (CSSR) team and their two service vehicles,” sabi ni Gordon.

Idinagdag ng dating senador na may first aid station ang PRC malapit sa gumuhong gusali.

“Welfare Services are running a 24-hour Welfare Desk at the Ospital Ning Angeles. Our two-person team is continuously coordinating with hospital staff and managing Restoring Family Links (RFL) services, including the active tracking of a rescued worker’s wife who is employed under the local government of Lupi, Camarines Sur,” ayon pa sa PRC chairman.
