NANAWAGAN si Speaker Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez sa 3,992 pumasa sa Bar exam na maging mabuting mga abugado at paglingkuran ang mga mahihirap at kapus-palad.

Hinamon din ni Speaker Romualdez ang mga bagong abogado na humawak ng mga kaso ng walang kinatatakutan at pinapaboran.

Ensure that justice is served without fear or favor,” ani Speaker Romualdez. “Be a catalyst for change and uphold the standards of public service excellence in the practice of our noble profession.”

Si Speaker Romualdez ay isa ring abugado at alumnus ng UP College of Law at pangulo ng Philippine Constitution Association (Philconsa).

Umapela rin si Speaker Romualdez sa mga bagong abogado na tumulong upang mapaganda ang sistema ng hustisya sa bansa.
