PDEA: P88B droga nakuha sa time ni PBBM
UMABOT sa P88.54 billion na halaga ng shabu at iba pang prohibited substances ang nasamsam ng anti-narcotics agents simula nang maupo si President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. noong Hulyo 1, 2022, ayon sa Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA).
Kasama sa nakumpiska ang 11.838 tons ng shabu, 103.51 kilograms ng cocaine, 145,023 piraso ng Ecstasy at 7.8 kilograms ng marijuana leaves.
Ayon kay PDEA Director General Undersecretary Isagani R. Nerez, 10,631 suspek na tulak din ang naaresto sa 170,535 drug offenders na nahuli.
Limang clandestine shabu laboratories at 1,621 secret drug dens naman ang nalansag.
Mula October 3 hanggang 10, 64 PDEA-led operations ang naging daan para makumpiska ang P6.3 billion na halaga ng illegal drugs.
Umabot sa 910 kilograms ng shabu ang nasamsam sa Pangasinan, Zamboanga del Sur at Davao del Sur at 64 tons ng dried marijuana leaves at bricks ang nakuha.
Sa marijuana stalks, 17,300 piraso ang nasamsam at 1,700 marijuana plants ang sinira sa Benguet at Kalinga.
