Nadine Samonte naglitanya… airline company nag-sorry
Galit na galit na tinalakan ni Nadine Samonte ang isang airline company dahil sa hindi magandang trato sa kanila ng ilang flight attendants.
Sa kanyang Facebook post, sinabi ng aktres na unacceptable ang ginawa sa kanya at sa pamilya niya na hindi na niya idinetalye pa kung ano.
“Bihira ako magpost sa social media ng mga nangyayari samin pero this its unacceptable and very wrong!” simula ni Nadine.
“My kids are my witness kaya wag nyo iniiba ang storya. Magdidirect message pa kayo sakin about what happened for what? Para wag ako magreklamo? Wow! Kung mag apologize ka cgro mapapatwad at mapapalagpas ko ito pero kayo pa ang gagawang storya,” litany pa niya.
Mensahe niya sa airline, “©cebupacificair Please review your flight attendants’ attitude and the way they managed the situation. Their lack of professionalism and compassion was very very disappointing.”
Sa comment section ay itinuloy pa ni Nadine ang kanyang litanya na halatang dismayadong- dismayado.
“What disappoints me is that instead of understanding and empathy, we were met with an attitude that made an already difficult situation even worse,” aniya.
Pahayag pa niya, “No passenger should ever feel belittled, judged, or treated without compassion.”
Sinabi rin ng aktres na maghahain siya ng complaint tungkol dito.
“What happened was very inhumane, and I will be filing a formal complaint when I get back. Just wait,” saad niya.
Kaagad namang sumagot ang airline company sa comment section at humongi ng dispensa kay Nadine.
“Hi Nadine Samonte Chua, thank you for sharing this with us. We are truly sorry for the experience you and your family encountered, and we understand your frustration, especially regarding how the situation was managed and how it made you feel. This is not the experience we want for our passengers. Your feedback regarding the staff’s attitude and handling of the situation will be forwarded to our concerned team for review, and someone will reach out to you shortly. Thank you for bringing this to our attention,” pahayag ng airline company.
Clueless naman ang netizens kung ano ba ang kahihiyang dinanas ni Nadine at ng kanyang pamilya dahil hindi buo ang kwento niya.
Mas maganda sana kung ikinuwento ng aktres ang buong pangyayari para maintindihan talaga kung ano ang pinanggagalingan niya.
