KINILALA ni Speaker Martin G. Romualdez ang kahalagahan ng mga guro sa paghubog sa mga kabataan at sa lipunan.

Sa pagdiriwang ng National Teacher’s Day, sinabi ni Romualdez na patuloy na itataguyod ng Kamara de Representantes ang mga panukala na magtataguyod sa kapakanan ng mga guro.

“This special occasion aptly reminds us of the great services that our teachers contribute in value-formation and nation-building throughout the years,” sabi ni Romualdez.

Sinabi ng lider ng Kamara na hindi matatawaran ang ipinakikitang malasakit at serbisyo ng mga guro.

“Your commitment to duty and diligent efforts, especially in the age of pandemic, is deeply appreciated. Hindi po namin malilimutan ang lahat ng naituro ninyo. You will remain in our hearts, forever,” dagdag pa ni Romualdez.

Hinimok din ni Romualdez ang bawat isa na kilalanin at parangalan ang mga guro na kalimitan ay hindi nabibigyang pansin ang kahalagahan.

“God bless, our dear teachers, and may the Lord continue to shower you with his love and affection. Mabuhay po kayong lahat!” pagtatapos ni Romualdez.
