INAPRUBAHAN noong Lunes ni President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. ang appointment ng mga bagong opisyal ng Regional Peace and Order Council (RPOC) III.

Napili bilang bagong opisyal sina Zambales Gov. Hermogenes Ebdane, chairperson; at B/Gen. Rogelio Peńones at Major Gen. Joseph Norwin Pasamonte, bilang vice chairpersons.

Police Regional Office 3 director si Penones samantalang si Pasamonte kasalukuyan commander ng 7th Infantry Division ng Philippine Army.

“We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Hon. Hermogenes E. Ebdane, Jr., on his reappointment as chairperson, and to PBGen. Ponce Rogelio I Peñones Jr. and MGen. Joseph Norwin Pasamonte on their appointments as vice chairpersons,” sabi ng DILG sa statement.
