PINURI ni Speaker Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez ang resulta ng Tugon ng Masa second quarter 2025 survey ng OCTA Research, na aniya’y sumasalamin sa lumalawak na suporta ng publiko sa mga reporma ng Kamara de Representantes.

“I welcome the results of the latest OCTA Tugon ng Masa survey with gratitude and a clear sense of responsibility. The increase in both my trust rating (now at 57 percent) and performance rating (up to 59 percent) is an encouraging sign that the reforms we’ve been working on in the House of Representatives—particularly on transparency, budget integrity, and service delivery—are gaining public support,” ani Speaker Romualdez.

“These gains are broad-based, cutting across all major regions and socioeconomic groups. That tells me one thing: people are paying attention. They want honest leadership and tangible results,” dagdag pa nito.

Nangako si Speaker Romualdez na mananatiling nakatutok sa kanyang tungkulin at magtatrabaho nang tahimik at walang pagpapasikat ang mga miyembro ng Kamara.

“We will continue to work quietly but decisively. There is still much to be done to ensure that public funds are spent efficiently, that infrastructure projects are free from corruption, and that basic services reach those who need them most,” sabi ni Speaker Romualdez.

“This is not a victory lap. It’s a reminder to stay focused, stay grounded, and stay accountable,” dagdag pa niya.

Sina Speaker Romualdez at Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. lamang ang dalawang opisyal ng gobyerno na nagtala ng pagtaas sa parehong trust at performance ratings sa second quarter survey ng OCTA.

Ayon sa survey, tumaas ng 4 puntos ang trust rating ng Pangulo sa 64 porsiyento, habang ang kanyang performance rating ay umangat ng 3 puntos sa 62 porsiyento.

Sumunod si Speaker Romualdez sa parehong positibong trend na nakuha ni Pangulong Marcos Jr. Umangat ng 3 puntos ang trust rating ng House leader sa 57 porsiyento sa buong bansa, habang ang kanyang performance rating ay tumaas ng 4 puntos sa 59 porsiyento.

Ayon sa OCTA, ang pagtaas sa ratings ni Speaker ay “particularly significant as they were broad-based, with gains recorded across all major regions and socioeconomic classes.”

Ipinakita ng survey na ang trust rating ng lider ng Kamara ay 59 porsiyento sa Metro Manila, 62 porsiyento sa balance of Luzon, 66 porsiyento sa Visayas at 36 porsiyento sa Mindanao.

Batay sa demographics, nagtamo si Speaker Romualdez ng 49 porsiyento na trust rating mula sa ABC group, 57 porsiyento sa D at 61 porsiyento sa E.

Ang kanyang performance rating ay naitala sa 59 porsiyento sa Metro Manila, 64 porsiyento sa balance of Luzon, 64 porsiyento sa Visayas at 43 porsiyento sa Mindanao.

Naitala rin ang 51 porsiyentong performance rating mula sa ABC group, 59 porsiyento sa D at 63 porsiyento sa E class.
