HALOS 10,000 trabaho umano ang bubuksan ng Singapore para sa mga Pilipino na nais magtrabaho roon.
Ayon sa Office of the Press Secretary, nakausap ni Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) Secretary Susan Ople si Manpower Minister Tan See Leng na siyang nagsabi ng job order para sa mga Pilipino.
Sinabi ni Ople na ang mga naghihintay na trabaho para sa mga Pilipino ay nasa aviation industry (5,000 aircraft technicians), medical industry (3,000 healthcare workers), engineering industry (1,000 skilled workers), education industry (500 manggagawa), at IT sector (300 manggagawa).
