BALANGA CITY, Bataan–Isang pinaniniwalaang drug pusher ang sinentensiyahan ng 2 life imprisonment at inatasan magbayad ng multa na P1 million ng Regional Trial Court judge.

Sa 13-page decision ni Judge Emmanuel Silva, presiding judge ng RTC branch 4, Mariveles, Bataan na-convict ang akusadong sa pangalang alyss Sammy Gorio dahil sa paglabag RA 9165.

Ang akusado ay nahuli noong July 15, 2025 ng Limay police sa ilalim ni Major Albert Jimmy Decin na may dalang 13.2 grams ng shabu

Nakakuha pa ang mga police ng 42.5 grams ng shabu ng kapkapan siya.

“A review of the evidence of the State shows that the apprehending officers were able to strictly comply with the foregoing guidelines and chain of custody rule.”

On the other hand, “the defense of the accused is predicated on the absence of an entrapment operation and that these cases are only the result of a frame-up.

For the claim of frame-up to prosper, the defense must present clear and convincing evidence to overcome the presumption that the arresting police officers performed their duties in a regular and proper manner,” ani Judge Silva sa kanyang desisyon.
