Commuter hotline inilungsad ng DOTr

INILUNGSAD ng Department of Transportation (DOTr) ang isang special Commuter Hotline number kung saan maaaring magsumbong ang publiko kaugnay ng mga commuter-related concern at iba pang isyu sa transportasyon.

Maaari umanong magsumbong sa numerong 0920-964-3687.

Ang naturang hotline ay tatanggap umano ng reklamo o report mula Lunes hanggang Biyernes mula alas-8 ng umaga hanggang 5 ng hapon.

“We established this hotline because we recognize the public’s role in creating a clean and efficient DOTr,” ani Transportation Secretary Jaime Bautista.

“We urge our fellow Filipinos to report your concerns via the Commuter Hotline that require full attention of the DOTr and its attached agencies,” dagdag pa nito.
