CANDON CITY, Ilocos Sur–Naaresto sa syudad na ito ang umano’y tulak ng ilegal na droga at nakumpiska pa noong Linggo ang shabu na nagkakahalaga ng P340,000 sa buy-bust sa Brgy. Tablac, Candon City, Ilocos Sur.

Tinatayang 30-anyos at cook na taga-Dingras, Ilocos Norte ang suspek na natiklo, ayon sa police report.

Nakumpiska sa suspek ang 50 gramo ng suspected shabu na nakalagay sa 10 plastic sachets.

Ang inventory at markings ng mga pieces of evidence ginawa sa harapan ng mga mandatory witnesses, ayon sa report.

“This operation is a testament to PRO-1’s relentless campaign against illegal drugs.

We will continue to intensify our efforts to rid our communities of this menace and ensure that those involved in the drug trade are brought to justice,” sabi ni PNP Region 1 Director P/Brig. Gen. Lou Evangelista.
