NAGDALA ng tulong ang Office of the Vice President-Disaster Operations Center (OVP-DOC) sa mga biktima ng sunog sa Mandaue City.

Nasa 150 ako ng bigas ang ibinigay ng OVP-DOC sa lokal na pamahalaan ng Mandaue upang ipamahagi sa 750 pamilya o 2,700 indibidwal na naapektuhan ng sunog sa Look, Sitio Paradise.

Ang relief operation ay isinagawa sa tulong ng OVP-Cebu Satellite Office, Philippine Coast Guard, Philippine Air Force, Department of Public Works and Highways, Traffic Management (TEAM), Alliance of Integrated Response (AIR 7 Phils.), at Federation of Volunteers through Radio Communication (FDRC).
