PINAYAGAN ng Office of the President (OP) ang work-from-home at pagsasagawa ng asynchronous classes sa mga pampublikong paaralan sa Oktobre 31, Martes.

“In order to provide government employees full opportunity to properly observe All Saints’ Day on 01 November 2023, and to allow them to travel to and from the different regions in the country, work from home arrangement in government offices shall be implemented, and asynchronous classes in public schools shall be conducted on 31 October 2023,” ayon sa Memorandum Circular No. 38 na pirmado ni Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin.

Ayon kay Executive Secretary Bersamin hindi kasali rito ang mga ahensya ng gobyerno na ang mandato ay magbigay ng basic at health service, preparedness/ response to disasters and calamities, at/o iba pang mahalagang serbisyo na kailangang gawin ng in-person.

Ang pribadong sektor ay pinayagan naman na magdesisyon kung magpapatupad ng kaparehong arrangement.
