CAMP GEN. OSCAR FLORENDO, La Union— Pinangunahan ang panunumpa sa tungkulin ni B/Gen. Jovencio S Badua Jr., director ng Police Regional Office 1, noong Miyerkules ang oath taking ng 196 na na-promote na 2nd level uniformed personnel sa Region 1 sa PRO 1 grandstand sa siyudad na ito.

Kabilang sa mga na-promote ang 51 police captains sa police majors; 4 police lieutenants sa police captains; 2 police executive master sergeants sa police lieutenants; 9 police senior master sergeants sa Police Chief Master Sergeants; 36 salice Staff Sergeants to Police Master Sergeants; 34 Police Corporals sa Police Staff Sergeants; at 60 Patrolmen sa Police Corporals.
