Bataan drug pusher nahatulong na kulong for life
ISANG drug pusher ang nahatulan ng Regional Trial Court ng life imprisonment matapos mapatunayang lumabag sa Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Ito ay ikinagalak ni Bataan Police Provincial Office, director PCol. Marites Salvadora at nanindigang lalo nilang pag iibayuhin ang kampanya kontra droga.
Ayon sa pulis, na-convict si alyas Jomer na naaresto noong December 12, 2025 sa Balanga City, Bataan.
Ang operation ay nagresulta sa pagkumpiska ng 105 grams ng shabu na may estimated price na P714,000.
Napatunayan ang akusado na guilty beyond reasonable doubt sa paglabag sa RA 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
“The conviction reflects the effectiveness of the Bataan PPO’s intelligence operations, proper evidence handling, and commitment to ensuring that offenders are held accountable through the rule of law.
It also underscores that the fight against illegal drugs does not end with an arrest, but reaches its full success when justice is served in court,” sabi ng Bataan PNP.
“Ang bawat nagtutulak at sumisira sa kinabukasan ng ating mga kabataan dahil sa iligal na droga ay mananagot sa batas,” ani Col. Salvadora.
