Pasahero dinampot sa NAIA pagdating mula US dahil sa cyber libel
PINOSASAN ng mga tauhan ng PNP Aviation Security Group (AVSEGROUP) ang kelot na pasaherong galing ng Estados Unidos Martes ng gabi sa arrival area ng NAIA Terminal 3 sa Pasay City.
Sa ulat ng tanggapan ni AVSEGROUP Director P/BGen. Dionisio Bartolome, Jr., inaresto ang pasahero, katuwang ang Bureau of Immigration (BI) at Malolos City Police Station bunga ng warrant of arrest na inilabas ng Malolos Regional Trial Court (RTC) para sa dalawang bilang na kasong cyber libel na may inirekomendang piyansa na P48,000.00 para sa kanyang pansamantalang paglaya.
Dinala ang akusado sa NAIA Police Station 3 makaraan ang pagdakip bago siya tuluyang nai-turn over sa Malolos City Police Station para sa tamang dokumentasyon at legal na aksiyon.
