Ayon kay Secretary Cacdac, “our growing pains are over” habang lumalawak ang kapasidad ng ospital.

“We are shifting our health framework from reactive care to proactive protection. A healthy OFW begins with strong preventive care and extends to comprehensive medical support for their families,” pahayag ni Secretary Cacdac.

Simangan., at dating OFW Partylist representative Marissa del Mar Magsino.
