“If you look at Commissioner (Ariel F) Nepomuceno, he is the best I’ve ever seen, he really catches them.”

Pinuri ni Ordonez si Commissioner Nepomuceno “for strengthening enforcement measures to prevent the entry of substandard steel products.”

Ayon pa kay Nepomuceno, “BOC remains steadfast in its commitment to upholding integrity, enhancing operational efficiency, and reliable service.”

Tinanggap din nina Nepomuceno ang “Champions of the Industry Award for Public Service and Business Partnership Excellence.”

Sa isang press statement, sinabi ng BOC na “the examination established that the actual goods did not correspond with the declared description.”

“We will ensure that medical devices entering the country are properly declared and comply with all applicable requirements,” dagdag pa niya.
